It is the rare city dweller who doesn’t experience stress. Unfortunately, stress releases cortisol, a stress hormone that is located in the adrenal gland. When cortisol keeps spiking, this drains the adrenals leading to adrenal burnout, and fatigue. But we have busy lives and tend to push through the fatigue. Repair the thyroid. Thinning hair, bad nails? your thyroid may be in need of tlc. We first muscle test to see if the thyroid is weak, and then repair the underlying issue using targeted supplements.
