I help people sleep. It’s what I do. It is a mission.  Some twenty-five years ago it became clear to me that standard medicine can’t help you sleep. As a result, I studied different systems to see what can help you. Along the I used my training in acupuncture, Herbal medicinals, Guided Visualization and medical hypnosis, along tools from Functional Medicine to focus on sleep.  The good news is that solutions exist. The protocols I use help the person who cannot get to sleep, stay asleep or a combination of the two.

Once the repair process is in full swing, I show the patient how to do “maintenance” on their own. This is important for those whose situation was chronic. At the Blue Phoenix Wellness, our goal is to help you sleep without resorting to drugs or uncomfortable “sleep studies”. They may include acupuncture, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and hormonal rebalancing, along with Functional Medicine. We also find that it is beneficial for you when we address secondary issues.   • Pain: Neck, shoulder, back, leg—any pain that impedes a person’s sleep or wakes them up is fair game.
