COVID-19 and your wellbeing

 

First and foremost, my wife Carla and I sincerely hope that you and your family are safe and well in this difficult time.

As the world around us changes as we know it, the most important thing still remains our health. I would love to have you in my office, but this does not appear to be possible or sensible for us at this time. However, I have put in place some new options so that I can continue to support you and provide treatments at this worrying time. There is still much that we can do together to support your mental and physical health and wellbeing and alleviate the stresses and anxieties involved in coping with this unprecedented situation.

I can also help you to strengthen your general health and immunity and to take steps to change and improve your lifestyle so that you are better prepared to withstand disease.

Virtual Treatment Options at Blue Phoenix Wellness

 

In order to shift with the changing times and to continue serving you, I am now taking bookings for virtual sessions using various modalities including Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and other methods for creating rapid change.

 

For those cases where acupuncture would normally be required, we will move through an acupuncture treatment together over a live video call utilizing the power of acupressure. We will cater the rest of the session to your needs which could include an herbal prescription, Qi Gong exercises, deep breathing, meditation, nutritional guidance, or simply connecting in a supportive conversation.

Not only are these treatments effective for continued care during a time of isolation, but they are also extremely valuable to those who are sick (including COVID-19) or have pressing matters in need of treatment with no access to Western medicine.

60 minutes appointments will depend on modality and whether your insurance typically covers you, and I am booking appointments immediately.

As these treatments are virtual and conducted using Skype (in English or Spanish) they are open to patients anywhere.  All appointment times will be based on Eastern Daylight Time from 10am to 7pm.
